Who operates LIW

Labor Intelligence Works LLC operates Labor Intelligence Works (LIW).

Contact support@laborintelligenceworks.com for support and billing, or privacy@laborintelligenceworks.com for privacy and data requests. These addresses forward to the operator’s designated inbox. Do not include passwords, provider keys or unnecessary case contents in a request.

About these terms

These terms govern use of Labor Intelligence Works (LIW), including Ask DavidOS, case-workspace tools and training. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling; the Data Policy explains case-record processing. A separately signed agreement governs any assisted case-preparation engagement and controls where it expressly differs from these terms.

Professional use and your authority

LIW is intended for adult professionals and organizations. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept its purchase and use obligations. You must have a lawful basis and any required permission to upload, share and process employee, witness, employer and other records. Include only information reasonably needed for your work.

Accounts and team access

Use a separate account for each licensed person and keep sign-in credentials confidential. Do not share accounts to avoid license requirements. Tell LIW promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Subscription eligibility and case access are separate: a paid license does not grant access to another user’s case or private analysis. Case-team permissions determine which records and work products you may access.

Plans and prices

Ask DavidOS starts at $69.99 per month for one named account and excludes case workspaces and training. Ask DavidOS and All Training costs $1,200 per year for one named account and includes eligible published course content, but excludes case workspaces. LIW Full Platform costs $2,500 per year and includes three named users, Ask DavidOS, eligible published courses and case workspaces. Additional platform user licenses cost $300 per year each. Assisted case preparation is a separate purchase. Applicable taxes and any separately authorized processing charges must be shown before payment.

Training purchases

An individual training-bundle purchase provides access to the lessons identified in that offer for 12 calendar months from successful payment. A pending or failed payment does not begin paid access. A bundle purchase does not by itself include case workspaces, personal consulting, accredited certification or a perpetual right to hosted videos. Membership course access lasts for the applicable paid membership term.

Billing and renewal

Before purchase, the offer and checkout must state the billing interval, amount, access term, whether renewal is automatic, cancellation method and any applicable refund terms. An annual price is billed annually; it is not a monthly charge. Do not purchase an offer whose required terms are missing or unclear. Any change to a future renewal price must be disclosed before it takes effect. Rights that applicable law gives you are not waived by these terms.

Cancellation and billing problems

Cancellation of future renewal and deletion of case records are separate actions. Canceling renewal does not itself delete your evidence or constitute a refund request. The paid-through date and any remaining training term determine access, subject to lawful suspension and the offer’s terms. Report duplicate or erroneous charges and access problems through the published support contact. Refund requests are considered under the offer terms and applicable law; a technical error does not justify collecting a duplicate charge.

Processing allowances and estimates

Plan access does not promise unlimited storage, model calls or case analysis. Any included allowance, usage limit, additional price and approval requirement must be disclosed for the offer or operation. Uploading records, preparing a free estimate, approving analysis, reviewing a draft and exporting are distinct steps. A free estimate is not a charge authorization. Do not approve processing unless the record version, operation and maximum authorized cost are clear.

Your records and work product

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded records. You authorize LIW and its disclosed providers to process those records to deliver the requested service, maintain authorized access and perform necessary operations. This authorization does not transfer ownership of your evidence to LIW. Your ability to use a generated output remains subject to third-party rights, confidentiality obligations and applicable law.

AI assistance and analyst responsibility

AI-assisted outputs can contain factual errors, omissions, unsupported inferences and incorrect authorities. Check material facts, quotations, citations, calculations and conclusions against the underlying record before relying on or sharing them. LIW does not make employment, grievance or legal decisions for you. Training and software use do not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee an outcome. A source-match or formatting check is not proof that a conclusion follows from the evidence.

Acceptable use

Do not access records without authorization, circumvent security or cost controls, upload malicious software, impersonate another user, use the service unlawfully, or disclose confidential records to unauthorized people. Instructions embedded in uploaded evidence are part of the record and do not authorize the software to take external actions. Do not use automated access to evade disclosed limits or interfere with service availability.

Availability, suspension and export

Features depend on supported formats, service availability, permissions and processing completion. LIW may restrict access needed to address security threats, unlawful use or unpaid obligations. Where practicable and lawful, LIW will explain a restriction and a route to resolve it. Keep copies needed for your organization’s retention duties. Retrieve needed records before your access ends; LIW is not a substitute for a separately agreed archival or backup service.

Training content and intellectual property

LIW branding, course materials and software remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Your purchase permits authorized use during the stated access term. Do not resell hosted course access, redistribute course videos or remove proprietary notices without permission. This restriction does not prevent lawful use of your own case materials or permitted work product.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and effective date. Where a change requires consent, LIW must obtain it through the applicable workflow. Questions, billing issues, security reports and notices must use the operator and contact details published with the effective version. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
